• How do you guarantee car quality and origin?

  Our guarantee is multifaceted:

  • We are the owners of 98 % of the vehicles we sell; therefore we inspect all of them very closely before purchasing them. We test 107 technical parameters on all our cars.
  • Lifelong guarantee of the car’s legal origin.
  • In case of reclamation of „legal defect“ (leasing due, execution, illegal origin) we are obliged to refund the full purchase price.
  • All vehicles get a  24 months guarantee of mechanical faults free of charge.
• Seeing and testing the car?
  • Really try out the car properly - test drive for as long as you require.
  • Inspect the car´s technical condition for yourself, or you can choose your own mechanic - we will also let you use our garage and vehicle hoist as you or your mechanic may require.
• Could I book a test drive for a certain day and hour?

  • Or use our online option for any vehicle to "reserve your car online".
• Where and when can I buy or sell my car? 
  • Visit any of our branches.
  • Our working hours are 9-17, weekends and most state holidays included.
• I own an older vehicle and wish to exchange it for a new one at AAA. How can I do this? 
  We certainly recommend exchange account purchase.

• I intend to purchase a car at AAA. What documents do I need to have?

• Will you help me with vehicle registration and technical certification? 
  Yes, we will do that and more. We are able to sort out all the necessary administrative details (i.e.arranging for the Certificate of Roadworthiness (STK), emission tests, transfer of ownership title etc.). For more information, please contact the relevant branch.
• I bought a car at AAA and wish to exchange it. Is it possible? 
  • Yes. Within 10 days after the purchase, you may exchange the car at the branch where you bought the vehicle.
  • This offer applies to cars with a purchase cost above 100,000 crowns, that have not been driven more than 100 km since the purchase. 
• I want to buy an older vehicle. Will I have to pay the exhaust emission fee or will AAA AUTO cover it for me? 

  This fee is already included in our selling price. Normally you would have to pay this fee at registration, however at AAA AUTO there is no need to worry, we take care of it for you.

• How long does it take to do the paperwork?

  Since you can exchange cars for up to seven days, we don’t start doing the paperwork until that deadline passes. We do all we can to get the paperwork done as quickly as possible. The whole process can take up to 30 days.

• Who should I turn to if I have a problem with my car?

• There is an error in my contract (wrong mailing address, birth certificate number, different price, etc.). What do I need to do?
