How should I let you know if I am interested in a specific car?
Look for the button called "CAR RESERVATION" in the ‘details section’ of the car you have chosen-just click on this button, and fill the form called "I want to reserve this car"
Is the reservation mandatory?
We recommend reserving the car immediately – if you don’t reserve it, it could easily happen (due to our high turn-over) that someone else would be interested in ‘your’ car. When you reserve the car via the reservation button-we will know that you are interested in this car, and we will reserve it for you.
When and how are you going to contact me?
Our sales representative will call you the next working day on the number you have provided in the reservation form. He will confirm the availability of the selected car and will help you with your planned visit.
What documents do I need to bring with?
You will need only your passport or ID cars (for EU citizens)
How will I transport the car?
During the purchase of your car we can assist with arranging any ‘on truck’ transport requirements you have.
Should I visit your branch? Which of your branches and where is the branch exactly located?
Yes – you should visit out Prague branch (address: Dopravaku 874/15, Prague 8)
Is it possible to test drive the car?
YES – our sales representative will happily show you the car and arrange for your test drive.
How will I pay for the car?
After the purchase invoice has been issued to you, you will pay immediately at the cash desk at the branch. We accept cash or credit card. Please note, if you choose to make a payment with your credit card, don’t forget to adjust your credit limit.
What documents will you give me to be sure that the car is really mine? Is there any sample of document?
You will receive the purchase invoice. See the sample here.
What am I supposed to do in my home country in order to register the car?
You will receive export registration plates and car documents registered on your name. When you receive the documents, you need to register the car in your home country.
What if something happens to the car during the transport?
We have an official claims procedure in the rare event of an incident- please see details here.
Do I have any guarantees?
YES – we provide a lifetime legal guarantee of the car origin. We also guarantee car mileage on most of our cars, plus we conduct a comprehensive 107 parameter vehicle check before we buy a car.
